Yes. JobNotify reads the major hiring systems companies use — including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Oracle, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio, Teamtailor, BambooHR and BreezyHR — as well as custom, in-house careers pages that aren't on any system at all. If a company lists its jobs on a public page, we can almost always watch it.

Those alerts only cover roles companies choose to post to that platform, and they often arrive late and mixed with noise. JobNotify watches a company's own careers page directly, so you see roles the job boards miss or are slow to list — filtered to exactly what you're looking for.

On the Super plan we check standard company pages every 15 minutes; Pro every 30 minutes; Starter every 8 hours; Free every 24 hours. Anti-bot-protected boards are re-checked every hour on Super, every 4 hours on Pro, and every 8 hours on Starter. When a new matching role appears, the email goes out within minutes of the next check.

Any company with a public careers or jobs page. You paste the link, we confirm we can read it, and you're watching. There's no fixed list — if you can open the page in a browser, you can usually monitor it.

Only what we need to log you in: your name and email address. JobNotify does not read your Gmail, calendar, files, or any other Google data. You can always sign up with email and password instead.

No. Each check bundles every new match into a single email — never one per role. And you can pause or switch off any watch with one click.

You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the lower plan. Any companies over the new limit are archived — kept safe and reactivatable, never deleted.
