Terms of Service
Last updated 2 June 2026
These terms govern your use of JobNotify. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What JobNotify does
JobNotify watches the public careers pages you choose and emails you when a new role matches your filters. We check pages on a schedule that depends on your plan and do our best to catch new roles quickly, but we can’t guarantee that every role will be detected, or detected within a particular time.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
- Use JobNotify for your own job search, not to resell or redistribute the data we collect.
- Only monitor pages that are publicly accessible and that you’re permitted to access.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We monitor pages politely — identifying ourselves honestly, respecting each site’s robots rules and rate limits.
Plans and billing
- We offer a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro and Super). Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; you’ll keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the free plan.
- If you downgrade below your current usage, companies over the new limit are archived (kept safe and reactivatable), not deleted.
- We may change prices or plan features; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.
Availability
We work hard to keep JobNotify running, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features.
Disclaimers
JobNotify helps you find roles faster — it doesn’t guarantee a job, an interview, the accuracy of third-party listings, or that a role is still open when you apply. Always confirm details on the employer’s own page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JobNotify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed roles or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know.
