About JobNotify

Application purpose

JobNotify is a web application that helps job seekers apply early. You choose the public careers pages of companies you want to work for, define filters (job title, location, keywords to include or exclude), and JobNotify monitors those pages on a schedule. When a newly posted role matches your filters, we email you with the job title, location, and a direct link to apply — so you do not have to refresh the same careers pages every day. You can browse companies to watch or create a free filter without a credit card.

How JobNotify uses Google user data

Sign in with Google is optional. If you choose it at sign-up or log-in, Google shares your name and email address with us through OAuth so we can authenticate your account and associate your monitors and filters with you. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, contacts, photos, or any other Google services — only basic profile information needed to sign you in. You can create an account with email and password instead and never connect Google.

We also use Google Analytics on this website to understand how visitors use JobNotify (for example, which pages are viewed). Analytics data is described in our Privacy Policy and is separate from Google Sign-In.

This page, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service are available without signing in or creating an account. JobNotify is operated at jobnotify.net.
