How to get job alerts from any Greenhouse careers page

JobNotify watches the Greenhouse careers pages you add and emails matching roles when they are first seen — including companies that never post the same role on LinkedIn.

Native Greenhouse alerts

If the employer turns on MyGreenhouse job alerts, the job board shows “Create a job alert.” Candidates sign in with an email code (password-free), then get a daily or weekly email at 08:00 local time when matching jobs are posted. Default: up to 8 job titles; department alerts are optional. Alerts from every subscribed board land in one email and skip republished jobs. Feature is employer-gated (Configure → MyGreenhouse) and listed for Core/Plus/Pro subscription tiers. Source: Greenhouse Support, “MyGreenhouse job alerts” (updated 2 Mar 2026).

How to identify a Greenhouse careers page
