JobNotify vs Visualping

Visualping tells you a web page changed. JobNotify tells you a company posted a job you might actually want.

A screenshot tool can watch almost any address. It will not read that page as a list of jobs, with a title and a city, the way a job alert does. Visualping’s numbers below are from visualping.io/pricing, copied 2 Sep 2026.

Where Visualping has the edge

  • It will watch almost any URL, including a page behind a login, through their Actions feature or a Chrome extension that checks while your browser is open.
  • You get a visual diff, a text diff, and an element diff, plus an AI summary of what changed, even on the free plan. Paid plans can check as often as every 2 minutes.

Where JobNotify has the edge

  • It matches a job title and a location, instead of emailing you because some HTML moved.
  • One filter can cover a bunch of company careers pages, rather than a separate monitor for every URL.

So, which one?

If you need to know that some page, any page, looks different, Visualping is the right kind of tool. If you need an email that a named company posted a role you would take, that is JobNotify.

FAQ

Can Visualping replace a job-alert tool?
It can tap you when a careers page changes. It will not apply a job-title filter across a list of companies the way JobNotify does.
Does JobNotify watch any website?
It watches public careers pages for job listings. A new banner, or a rearranged footer, is not the thing it is there to email you about.
Where should I verify Visualping facts?
