Lever is the page layout. The company is the thing you meant to follow. A missing button is the usual case, not a secret menu.

Some employers still collect emails on their own site, a talent community or a newsletter, even when the Lever board is silent. Worth one look at the company’s main site. It is hit or miss, and it may be a marketing list rather than a job filter.
LinkedIn or Indeed can carry a company alert if they cross-post. You will see the roles that make the trip, after they make it. You will not see the ones that stay on the Lever page. Jobs that never reach LinkedIn.

The host is jobs.lever.co, and the company slug is the first path segment. Lever’s job-seeker support page does not offer a candidate email. Employers can publish an XML list at api.lever.co/v0/postings/{account}?mode=xml for other job boards to ingest. That is a syndication feed, not a subscribe form. To follow one company, paste the Lever careers URL into a watch, add the title you want, and skip the feed unless you actually want to run one.
Greenhouse and Workday are different buttons
Greenhouse sometimes has MyGreenhouse, when the employer enables it. Workday career sites often let you save a search. Lever’s lack of a candidate alert does not mean those two are empty, and their buttons do not help you on a Lever page. Greenhouse and Workday if you are comparing. For the company you actually want, start at job alerts for a specific company.
Or skip the platform tour and open the company list. The alert should say the employer’s name in the subject line.
